We booked online through oyo services, which listed the hotel, but at check-in they demanded double the online price. If we wouldn’t pay, they wouldn’t refund us and told us to find another hotel. We arrived around 9 pm, yet they counted a day as 24 hours from check-in and still asked us to leave by 11 the next day. The rooms were dirty, the front office service was poor, and the people were very rude. It felt like they were cheating customers and only cared about money. Pathetic hotel. If negative stars were possible, I’d give minus 5. How are these suites still allowed to run?

Listed as oyo242, this was a pathetic stay. The bathroom had no shower, just a broken bucket, and there was no faucet by the toilet. The towels were dirty. Staff were rude and acted like they didn’t care, and even after several calls they never brought soap.

Compared with previous years, this place has improved a lot. The staff didn’t leave me a single mistake to point out, and room service was wonderful. Food was just okay, neither especially good nor especially bad.

I had a pathetic experience after booking rooms for my guests. They charged both my guest and us for an extra service we’d requested. The bathrooms were dirty and had broken items, and the people seemed focused only on money. Don’t trust the 5 star reviews, they’re all fake. Please choose another nearby hotel.
