The way this booking was handled left me with no confidence in the hotel. I reserved an Executive Room through my company, but at check-in they put me in a twin-sharing room. They said the Executive Rooms had all been sold, though nobody had told me in advance. I was traveling alone and had specifically said I didn't want a twin room. The beds were small and uncomfortable, and I struggled to sleep. Staff just said they couldn't do anything and showed no concern. The room was also poorly kept, as the attached photos show. It didn't meet even basic cleanliness standards. It felt as if corporate guests were treated as less important and their rooms reassigned when convenient. There was little transparency, poor service, and no accountability. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The location was a real plus, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. I spent a week here and found the staff very humble and polite. The food was awesome, and the gym was good too. The person from Assam working in food service was especially friendly and welcoming. I'd give the hotel five stars.

At 10:25 pm today, staff shouted at us for sitting on the stairs while it was raining outside. They had told us not to sit or stand there, but the way they spoke was really impolite. One staff member even shouted at a woman who was with a girl child. I wonder what kind of hospitality the hotel provides.

The staff are very cooperative. It's a nice place to stay for official visits, right in the middle of a lively street in Whitefield.
