I booked through MMT from 25th sep to 28th September. Because of an urgent matter, I changed my plans and made a fresh MMT booking from 28th sep to 30th September, which I had already paid for (Booking ID:NH7203783192330). The hotel owner then said I had to pay Rs.1200 extra or cancel the later booking. Why ask me for more money after I’ve paid, and why pressure me to cancel my new booking?
The room was noisy, and the cigarette smell was unpleasant. There was no help with carrying luggage at check-in or check-out. The switchboard was right by the head pillow, and A/C drain water poured into the washbasin. The shower gel and hand wash dispensers didn’t work, and the pricing was very high.
The reception executives were friendly, and the customer service was good.
The rooms were clean and good, and the service was decent.
Very nice place, with good facilities and the like.
