The room was dusty, with dirt on the bed and an unclean restroom. I booked on OYO for ₹649, but at the hotel the receptionist asked for ₹900, plus ₹800 for each extra person. He wanted payment through his personal QR code instead of the hotel's, then kept changing the amount and eventually asked for ₹600. It seemed like a scam, and the place felt unprofessional and unhygienic. OYO should take strict action against the property and staff. I'm not booking here again.

The online rate shows 750-900 for a day, but at check-in they charge 1300-1600. They said they had to change the online price. For the room, it's a bit costly, and this isn't good for customers.

The toilet flush didn't work properly, and there was waste everywhere. The walls, floor, and washroom weren't clean. The room smelled bad, and I could see cigarette ash on the bed. Nothing seemed properly maintained.

The parking was chaotic and poorly managed, adding stress to an already awful stay. I also felt awkward about the attached bar when travelling with family. There were bugs crawling on the floor and walls, and the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The restroom was filthy, with grime and stains, and there was no water in the toilet, so it couldn't be used. I had to find other unhygienic ways to manage. When I raised these serious issues, staff brushed me off and showed no empathy or real effort to help. This was the worst hotel stay I've had, a health hazard and a complete failure of basic hospitality. Save your money and avoid it. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
