Eden Park Residency

The hotel itself is decent, but the service and management are really bad. I paid for an AC room, then found out they had no AC rooms at all, and the rooms are tiny. There was no hot water when I needed to bathe before my early morning flight, so I had to take a cold shower. The kids couldn’t bathe either. It’s also too noisy here for a good night’s sleep. I’ll never stay here again.

It’s an okay place to stay. The room lighting could be better, though the toilets were okay. One window opens straight onto a window in the opposite room or an inaccessible balcony. The telephone line wasn’t working when I arrived, but they fixed it later. It would also help to have a restaurant menu in the room. The Eden Park Residency sign could be bigger, since online food delivery staff have trouble spotting it.

The service was very poor, and the shower didn’t work. The lift is old and small. The way customers are treated makes me not want to come back. It feels more like a local bar lodge than a hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

The fan barely worked, and the air-conditioning wasn’t working either. When I complained, the manager seemed completely uninterested. There was no complimentary water bottle, kettle for hot water, or hair dryer.
