Eden Suites

We stayed from 01 Mar to 08 Mar and had a very pleasant time. The rooms have upgraded fixtures and beds, and the staff were their usual courteous, polite selves, always ready to help. Foyer is another reason we keep choosing this place, especially for our children, who love the food and complimentary breakfast. Each year when they come from abroad, our group of 10 to 12 stays here for about 10 days. It's so comfortable that we haven't wanted to try anywhere else. I booked rooms here for a wedding group of 20. The reception staff were warm and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious, with clean linen and well-kept bathrooms. There’s a basic pantry for tea and coffee, and the restaurant has a good selection of complimentary and à la carte food. The main problem was service. The staff are friendly and responsive, but things often needed several reminders, and the service didn’t feel up to hotel standard. Even when we requested drinking water, none was provided. They could charge for it if it’s extra, but someone should respond to the request. There also seems to be no coordination between the hotel and restaurant, which is managed separately. Different people kept calling us to settle bills. Management should address this and make the whole experience feel like it’s under one team.

The training room in the business center was convenient and well designed, and the restaurant downstairs had a pleasant atmosphere. The food was reasonably priced, the service was very good, and the whole place felt clean and peaceful. A very good experience all around.

I was here for six nights on a work trip. The premium room I moved into was much nicer than the deluxe one, whose furniture and fittings seemed a little dated. Both rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, though I was told the deluxe room is due for renovation soon. I first booked the deluxe online for a couple of nights, then extended for four more and got upgraded to premium at the same price by booking directly. Staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was tasty, but it was all South Indian food, so after three or four mornings it got a bit repetitive.
