I came to stay with a friend and there was absolutely no objection, so everything went smoothly. The place felt so romantic I didn’t want to leave. It’s a budget hotel with facilities in the 4 Star genre. I traveled solo and had an awesome trip, with professional staff, clean rooms, and tasty food as a bonus.

We could hear housekeeping making a lot of noise from 7 in the morning, and people upstairs were shouting. Even our simple request for a bottle of water took half an hour. The service was pathetic and definitely not value for money. They need to improve the customer experience or lower the tariff.

This was my second time staying here, and the hotel itself is good. On Feb 22nd, after checking out in the morning, I waited for a cab at the table in front of the coffee day inside. I put my wallet and phone there, then hurried out when the cab arrived, taking my phone but leaving the wallet. I only noticed after getting out at my office. I called the hotel, explained what happened, and they searched but said they couldn't find it. I asked again if they had cameras. A few minutes later they called to say it had been found. I collected it, but 1000rs was missing while all the cards were still there. Thanks, but the security guard hasn't been seen since. I know who took the money with the hotel staff's knowledge. I would have gladly given the guard 500 and appreciated the staff if they'd been honest, but they took advantage and behaved cheaply. The hotel is good, but it would have been great if the people were good too.

The rooms are spacious and laid out well, and free Wi-Fi is available. Breakfast can be added as an option with the room. The location was very convenient for me, with my workplace just 5 min away on foot.
