I stayed two nights, and the staff were helpful, even when things didn't go my way. I had to pay above MRP for a water bottle, and despite having already paid through Agoda, I had to pay again because their tie-up apparently wasn't working. I need to reclaim the first payment from Agoda. My third-floor room was okay but very basic, with a kettle and cups but no tea bags, coffee, or milk powder. The small bathroom worked, the bed was comfortable, and the internet-enabled TV was fine. I noticed a smell from a nearby open drain at reception, though not in my room. The main issue was the many cockroaches. Reception sprayed a lot of roach killer after I called, which kept them away for a day, but they were back the next evening.

The owner didn't seem to care, and blamed us after we cancelled through agoda. We got no refund. The photos showed rooms very different from the actual ones, which were dull and smelled bad, despite being called “Executive rooms.” We booked three days but couldn't stand the place for even a minute and cancelled right away. If you don't want your day ruined, choose somewhere better. This place doesn't even qualify as a one-star hotel.

I stayed for 20 days. The location is awesome, with shops and everything nearby. Rooms are cleaned, and the staff are nice. Good stay overall, I'd rate it 4.5.

Rooms are very neat and clean, and the service is very good. Santosh, Rohit, and the new person who joined are professional and give very good service. I prefer this place and recommend it when you visit bangalore and need somewhere to stay.
