I spent a pleasant week at this hotel/apartment. It was comfortable and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and supportive throughout. Mr. Kumar, who manages the property, deserves a special mention: he’s very courteous, easy to approach, and always willing to help. It’s budget-friendly and good value, and I’d recommend it to anyone after an affordable, comfortable stay.

For the price, it’s a decent place for a night or two, especially if you have work near Leela palace or Manipal hospital. They charged 1500 per room per day for two people, or 1800 for three. Breakfast is included, a simple Aloo or Pyaz ka parata with curd. There’s a South Indian hotel just 50 meters away for lunch or dinner. The bathroom was clean and its water heater worked. The room had AC, though I had to adjust it a bit with the remote to get it running. The beds could have been a little cleaner, as there were some stains, but nothing too bad. There’s no car parking except space for one car, and with so many birds, the car gets dirty quickly if you don’t cover it.
