After paying, I was shocked to find the room looked nothing like the pictures. The toilet was broken and dirty, there was no exhaust fan, and dust was everywhere, including on the bed and dirty sheets. Smoke from the nearby roads filled the room. With no monoxide alarm, I felt this could be life-threatening while sleeping. I've attached images so everyone can see. I left at night without a refund, because life matters more than money.

The rooms were average and not very hygienic, yet we were charged 5600 Rupees for just two days. We agreed to pay an extra half-day, but they still demanded payment for a full day. We'd asked from the first day until the same time on day two what the price would be, and were told that was the rate for our stay. After a day, they claimed the quoted price only covered one day. It felt like a fraudulent deal. I'm reporting the incident to fab hotels, mmt, oyo, and others. They really loot you, swear by the gods, and raise their voices. Be careful and don't visit.

Look at the owner's behavior in the video, letting air out of a bike tire. That's a government road and footpath. Don't show that attitude.

The rooms were dirty, the staff rude, and basic amenities were missing. My stay at Fab Hotel Nk comforts (banglore ,jayanagar) was terrible. This isn't a place for families or couples. Worst experience ever. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it to anyone. Avoid if you can.

I paid for breakfast, but they didn't provide it and didn't refund me either. The lift was out of order most of the time. No towel, soap, or shampoo was provided. A waste of money.
