Please don't book through fab hotel online. I paid them all the money, but when I reached the property they said they wouldn't accept a fab hotel payment and I had to pay directly. I lost my 4k, then had to pay another 7 k directly at the same hotel because I urgently needed somewhere to stay. I hadn't even stayed there yet, and my 4thousand Rs was already gone. The details they give are fake, and they're cheating people through bookings. The manager was rude, as if I was buying the place from his pocket. Such a pathetic experience. Thanks.

The washbasins in almost all the rooms were leaking, and there was even a broken bucket left in the room. The TV didn't work and had very few channel options. Food and drinks weren't good, and the staff were completely unprofessional. They told guests not to use teaspoons because they didn't have enough and couldn't wash and reuse them. Overall, a very bad experience.

In a word, pathetic. The chair in the picture says plenty about the hotel's condition. The rooms are very old and poorly maintained, the fridge smells bad, and the beds are covered in stain marks. The AC doesn't work properly, and the shower leaks. The problems just keep going.

I booked this for my colleagues, and they charged the full stay at check-in. The room had no fan, the AC wasn't working, and they didn't give them a single bottle of water. When I called customer care to ask for one day's amount back since they were leaving because of the experience, the staff were shockingly rude and wouldn't speak politely. They connected me to another customer who was calling to complain about a fab hotel in Nagpur. How can one hotel chain get things this wrong? Stay away from this place.
