The clean rooms and bathrooms, reliable Wi-Fi, hot water all day, and a TV with all the OTT channels were real positives. I stayed for four days this month with my son, and the TV selection was a welcome surprise. The bigger hassle was getting drinking water. We received one complimentary bottle a day for two people, and only three extra bottles during the whole stay. The caretaker said there was no stock, so we had to look for shops, which were closed for Diwali, and eventually order water online. A water cooler would help avoid this problem. Mornings were difficult too. Breakfast was included, but there was no tea or coffee, and the room had no kettle or drink sachets. With shops shut for Diwali, we had to go around the area just to find a morning drink. Please make arrangements for tea or coffee.

The rooms were in poor shape, the curtains weren't adequate, and the bathrooms weren't clean. The receptionist handed over the keys and expected us to inspect the room ourselves, and his moodiness made the interaction worse. It was also confusing to find reception on the second floor when we were looking for it downstairs. I wouldn't recommend this place to a family or couple.

After travelling late at night, we couldn't make it back and returned in the morning to freshen up. I'd reserved a room and asked reception to keep the keys, but the staff wouldn't give them to us when we arrived. Very disappointing service. Be cautious.

The receptionist was completely unhelpful, there was no parking, and the room smelled bad. The atmosphere was awful too. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast was very oily, and there wasn't any tea, coffee, or even water. The room also had no proper curtains. Such a waste of money. I booked for three people through booking.com and fab hotels, but the room only had a double mattress and they wouldn't provide an extra one for the third person. A fab hotels executive said I could pay an extra five hundred rupees for a mattress and get reimbursed, so I paid at the hotel even though I'd already paid for all three people on booking.com. They never returned the money, and they didn't answer my emails or calls. A worse experience.
