I was shocked by the state of the room at FabHotel Shakti Suites. The walls were peeling and damaged, and I saw mold and dirt in several places. Hygiene and upkeep were far below what I'd expect for a paid stay. The photos show what I mean. When I brought it up, the receptionist and other staff were unhelpful and showed no urgency or responsibility. I'm surprised FabHotels lists the property without basic quality checks. It doesn't meet basic cleanliness or maintenance standards. For what I paid, it wasn't worth it at all. FabHotels should inspect the place and fix these problems. I'd advise travelers to avoid it until it's renovated, cleaned, and the service improves.

Big, clean room with all the facilities, and good value for the price. I'd recommend it and would consider staying again.

There's parking available, and the location is very good. A decent hotel for the money.
