The game room needs attention. It would be more comfortable if it were enclosed and air-conditioned, since mosquitoes, cockroaches, and other bugs kept coming in and disturbing us while we played. The wooden room doors also have an old-fashioned lock and key that has to be locked manually from outside. When one person steps out, the person inside has to get up and lock it again. A more modern lock would make things more convenient. Goutam was the best customer service professional we met during our stay. He was consistently thoughtful and accommodating, helped with everything he could, and did it all kindly and with a smile. He got out all the games for my son and patiently showed us how to play, making it fun. We also had a lovely time playing with his daughter, Charishma. At breakfast, he arranged watermelon juice when we casually asked, and made a fresh omelette with turmeric just as we requested. We asked for a bonfire several times on different occasions, and each time he happily brought extra wood so we could keep enjoying the evening. Those small efforts and his attention to detail made a big difference. In all the resorts I’ve visited, I’ve never met anyone so consistently helpful and accommodating. He never refused us anything and always made sure we were looked after. Thanks to Goutam, my son really enjoyed his birthday and we left with wonderful memories. People like him make hospitality special.

The food was a highlight, especially the chef’s authentic South Indian dishes, which were delicious and full of flavor. The resort’s greenery, peaceful surroundings, and beautiful setting made it a perfect place to unwind. It’s one of the loveliest resort settings I’ve come across in all my travels across India. Fantasy Golf Resort is easily one of the best resorts in Bangalore. The staff were helpful and courteous throughout, and Stanley, the manager, stood out for his hospitality and attention to detail. We had a memorable stay and would highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway. I’d want to visit again.

The rooms were very basic, and none of the AC’s worked. There wasn’t a fan either, and the fridge shown in the online photos wasn’t in the rooms. When we raised this, we got no proper response. Monkeys crowded the balconies and defecated in the common area. The online photos don’t show what you actually see, and once we entered the resort, it had a bad vibe. We had to pay the full amount before checking in. They even wrote down our vehicle number and how many people were in the car. I’ve never seen even high-end, sophisticated resorts or hotels do that. Since the AC’s weren’t working, we wanted to leave right away, but the so-called manager or in-charge refused to refund Rs.21,000 and hasn’t answered our calls. All the reviews here are made up, none of them are real. I’ve visited many places, and at least they made sure our issues were resolved. This was absolutely unprofessional. If you have a good property, maintain it and give clients honest details. I’ll take legal action against this so-called “resort,” which is just a scam.

We had a wonderful team stay at Fantasy Golf Resort. The atmosphere worked well for both work and unwinding, and the property was beautiful, well maintained, and offered a good mix of relaxation and recreation. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Mr. Stanley deserves special thanks for organizing everything so smoothly. His prompt support, warm hospitality, and attention to detail made the experience seamless and memorable. Staff around the resort were courteous and ready to help. We’d definitely recommend it for a refreshing getaway.

Goutam was proactive about what we needed and went the extra mile to keep us comfortable, making sure our food arrived fresh and on time. We also loved how peaceful and serene the resort felt. Fantasy Golf Resort is pet friendly, and our Shih Tzu could roam around like a free bird. A great, relaxing getaway.
