FF21-Pods

The property looks appealing, but the extra fees and billing problems made the experience frustrating. Packages still don't cover parking, non-veg meals, or ironing. I found those charges disappointing, though I could live with them. The bigger concerns were confusing bills and poor customer support. They already had my ₹6,000 advance, but emailed asking for another ₹2,500 without a proper explanation. After I raised a ticket, they said non-veg meal fees had been added twice by mistake and would be corrected, but it still wasn't resolved. At checkout, I asked when my refund would arrive and was told I'd get an email. It's been two weeks with no update or email. When I call the service desk, the calls keep getting cut off.

The place feels safe and welcoming, and the food timings fit my routine perfectly. The layout is smart, and my room is always spotless and comfortable, so settling into FF21 in a new city was easy. The staff have been really helpful whenever I needed anything. Mr Tom and Mr Sanjay supported me throughout.

I don't recommend booking any of FF21's properties. I booked a PG after seeing the “beautiful” website photos and paid ₹6,000 in advance. Because of some circumstances I couldn't move in, so I cancelled and informed them 15 days before the move-in date. They refused to refund any of it, even when I asked if they could deduct cancellation charges or return half. I've visited the property, and the actual place looks much worse than the photos. I found the whole process a sheer harassment of potential residents. Other good PGs refund people when they cancel. Do not book this.

The pods are a decent size and the setup feels very modern. It’s a great concept from Japan. My one issue was cleanliness: I went on a weekend, so the crowds were expected, but the washroom and bedsheets still weren’t up to scratch. The flush also took a lot of effort to push.
