The rooms are spacious, and the building has a large reception, a big hall, a bar on the 7th floor, and a few small convention spaces. The buffet selection is limited, though what they serve is reasonably tasty. Keep your expectations moderate and you can have an okay stay. The location on Race Course Road in Gandhinagar is handy for shopping around Majestic and Lulu, right in the heart of the city. Still, it feels closer to 3.5 stars than the 4-star rating. The property seems to have some upkeep problems, and it was closed for a while before reopening. The pool was shut during my stay, and the restaurant was closed again. I also noticed poor communication among the staff.

The hotel is conveniently close to major malls and sightseeing spots, which made getting around easy. I stayed at Fortune Park JP Celestial, Bengaluru, for two nights and had a very positive visit. My room was especially roomy, clean, and equipped with what I needed. Housekeeping left it neat on the second day, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. At arrival, reception welcomed me warmly, handed over my keys quickly, and offered a welcome drink. Breakfast and dinner were enjoyable too. A LPG issue meant the live counter was unavailable, but there was still a decent range of tasty food. The service and comfort made this a place I’d recommend to people visiting Bengaluru.

Getting around Bangalore was convenient from this hotel, and the staff made the stay easy with their courteous, attentive help. My room was comfortable and well looked after, and the food was delicious. Breakfast had an impressive selection, and the service as a whole was better than I expected. I had a really good stay at Fortune Park JP Celestial and would gladly recommend it for a pleasant, hassle-free visit.

Susmita looked after our meals with such a pleasant smile, always serving with care and concern. She has a very soothing manner. Rakesh was patient about arranging what we asked for and made our birthday dinner memorable. We felt well cared for, and he was professional and kind. Sumitra was calm and caring too, taking real initiative with our holiday and going out of her way to arrange a birthday surprise for my wife.

The facilities at Fortune Park JP Celestial were satisfactory, but the service fell well short of what I expected. Staff were often impolite and showed little basic courtesy, and restaurant service was especially poor, with long waits and not enough attention to guests. Checkout was the most frustrating part. I was charged for coffee and ice cream I hadn't ordered. Even after I explained that, staff kept me waiting while they looked into it, which caused needless stress and inconvenience before I left. A hotel should be professional, serve guests properly, and get bills right. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff training and billing so this doesn't happen to other guests.
