Fressotel, Kanakapura Road

Breakfast was hot and delicious each morning, thanks to Tapun, who prepared and served it. Surajit also deserves special thanks for his excellent service. He was polite, soft-spoken, and professional with customers, and his friendly manner made the stay more comfortable. I really appreciated the care and hospitality throughout my time at Fressotel, Kanakapura.

The beds felt too soft for me, especially for a longer stay, and the hotel didn't have firmer beds or another option. I know that's a personal preference, but having a choice could make a stay more comfortable. The rest of my week there was good. Fahim and Yunesh at the front desk were courteous and attentive from the moment I arrived, and never turned down a request. The rooms were clean, maintained well, and comfortable. Thanks to Chef Manas, who made meals to suit our preferences and taste each day.

The security staff had such a warm smile, which you don't see often. Food was tasty, especially the South Indian dishes, poori baaji, and the paratha and chappathi we had for dinner. Service from every department was great, including front office, F&B, and room service. I'd suggest this hotel to anyone visiting blre ❤️

Mr. Fardeen and the other staff members were genuine, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. The hospitality and room were both on point, and I had a great experience here. Definitely recommendable.
