goSTOPS Bengaluru

The common areas had a relaxed feel and were great for meeting new people. My room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Really pleasant stay, and great value for money. I'd come back! ❤️ Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5

The rooms were tidy and had private ensuite bathrooms, which made things more convenient and comfortable. I had a really comfortable stay at Go Stops Bangalore in Majestic. The property is spacious, clean and well maintained. It's a good affordable option for bachelors or groups of friends who still want comfort. There are comfortable lounges, game rooms and an amphitheatre area for watching live matches, so there's a fun, social side to the stay. Local transport is easy to find, and the property is about 1 km from KSR Bangalore Railway Station. A pleasant, budget-friendly place to stay in Bangalore.

The place was an easy walk from KSR railway station and Majestic, and getting around wasn't affected by traffic. Staff were very polite, and good restaurants nearby had food and drinks at affordable prices. They provide drinking water, clean washrooms and lockers. From room entry to the lockers, everything could be handled through the app. Perfect stay, and highly recommended for solo backpackers. ✌️🤘

The second room had an AC that kept leaking and dripping water, and it soaked our luggage and belongings. We were moved there after complaining about cockroaches and mosquitoes in the first room. The washroom was in poor shape, with obvious maintenance and cleanliness problems. At check-in, there was no professional reception staff, and even the security guard was checking guests in. It felt highly unprofessional. The property was poorly maintained and nowhere near the standards I expect from a hotel. It felt dirtier than many local budget hotels. Management seemed to have little concern for guest comfort, and the whole stay was frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay.
