The room looked neat and clean, but staff came across as cold and arrogant, and the service wasn't good. They had stopped complimentary breakfast, citing COVID. Housekeeping didn't clean my room all day despite my instructions. After I pointed it out, I was left waiting about half an hour in the lobby before it was done, around midnight. A good hotel stay depends on room service and hospitality as well as the room itself. I hope people make an informed decision.

The location is very good, and the hotel is well managed, with staff and other people showing a good attitude. Rooms are clean, neat, and spacious, and the complimentary breakfast was tasty. The setup of the Nk restaurant is one point that should be taken into consideration.

Rooms are spacious, centrally controlled, and have most equipment. Breakfast is included in the room price, and airport drop by cab is available, though pickup isn't. There's no parking. The front desk works at snail speed, and the keycard wasn't activated properly, so I had to go downstairs to reception twice. The window faces another building, so you often can't open the curtains. Lighting is very dull, which would irritate someone like me who likes bright rooms. There's no dressing table, so you have to use the bathroom mirror. They didn't give breakfast hours, and the food isn't great for what they charge. Still, it's a good place to stay.

I booked almost 8 rooms for guests coming to a family function I hosted, and the staff looked after them so well that I received no complaints. I consider this property good value for money. It's a quiet area, a little away from the busy spots. Shopping is available after a 200-300 mtrs walk, and there are good restaurants within walking distance.
