We had guests of all ages, so we booked several rooms at Happy Stays. The arrangements made things comfortable and convenient for everyone. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the property was easy for older guests to get around, with wheelchair access. The food planning also stood out: there were suitable separate meals for elderly guests with special dietary needs and for younger people. That care made a real difference when hosting a mixed age group. Mr. Robert Kennedy personally looked after our requirements and was attentive from the coordination through to getting everything done. The whole team was warm and considerate, and the food was delicious. Prices were very reasonable for the service we received. Happy Stays was a good fit for families, group stays, and events with guests of different ages. Highly recommended.

The room's water situation was disappointing. There was no proper bottled water, and after I asked, they brought an unsealed personal bottle filled with water. Even cheap hotels provide branded bottled water like Bisleri these days. The AC also didn't work properly, and the rooms felt shady and badly maintained. The front office staff member seemed bored and uninterested. Management really needs to improve the basic hospitality standards.

We arrived around midnight, and the receptionist was considerate about our late check-in. The room was clean and neat, and the food we ordered from the restaurant in the same building was really good. There's car parking too, and the location is another plus.

The room was okay, but I wasn't satisfied with the stay. The TV and hair dryer didn't work, and the bathroom was very tiny. Breakfast wasn't that good, and there was nothing besides South Indian food.
