Puneetha was especially warm and easy to approach, and the staff as a whole were professional. During my 14 days at Premier Suites Business Hotel, Brookefield, the room stayed comfortable and well equipped, with thorough daily cleaning. The Wi-Fi worked reliably, and any problems were dealt with quickly. Breakfast was excellent too. I left feeling the stay had gone beyond what I expected, and the hotel seemed very well run.

The staff, including the manager, are really friendly and speak so nicely. Food tastes great, and the quality is good. Each room has its own different look and feel. Services are good too. Definitely a place to stay.

The spacious halls are beautifully done and make the place worth seeing. Food is delicious, with a varied menu that keeps getting refined. Housekeeping also keeps the rooms spotless and in good shape, which made the stay comfortable. It's a luxurious hotel with impressive facilities. The entrance can get crowded and a little messy, though the staff are still friendly and helpful.

Inside, this place feels like a very old building, nothing like the new three-star hotel it seems to be from outside. There are cockroaches everywhere, and cleanliness is poor. The AC wasn't working; I told them, but got no proper response. The staff were rude and there was no hospitality. There are plenty of better hotels nearby for less money.
