At ABM International Hotel, the room was filthy, the whole place smelled bad, and water kept leaking throughout our stay. It made the experience really uncomfortable. The staff were rude and showed no professionalism or hospitality. It was completely overpriced for the conditions. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The room door being left open while we were out was the most alarming part. We had locked it before leaving, but found it open when we returned. Reception had no explanation and said they “didn’t know anything,” even though we had valuables in the room. We’d booked an executive triple AC room at ABM international for our holiday. The washroom was dirty and smelled foul, and the bed was itchy and uncomfortable. We asked repeatedly for an AC remote but never got one, so staff had to switch the AC on manually. At check-in, we also saw another guest complaining about missing basics, including complimentary water. They had been given used soap instead of a new one. The stay felt unsafe, unhygienic, and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I got to the hotel at 5 am and was surprised they gave me a nice room with 24-hour check-in. The staff were very helpful, and room service was good.

The rooms were pathetic and not clean at all. Worst experience ever. Receptionist @Murli needs to learn basic manners, he has no way of speaking to people.

Cockroaches were all over the rooms, and they were small with no ventilation. This place isn’t hygienic. Total waste.
