We expected a hotel, but the building turned out to be an apartment complex, where we were put in two small rooms inside one apartment unit. The room didn’t match the website photos, and the amenities weren’t as advertised either. On arrival, we also found out the promised complementary breakfast wasn’t available. I’m very disappointed. This kind of service and inaccurate information is unacceptable.

The location left us isolated, with nothing nearby, and the bed was so hard it was difficult to sleep on. There was mold all over the bathroom. Rooms look quite different from the photos, and there’s no kettle. Breakfast was limited to three uninteresting choices, with nothing to drink.

The food’s delicious, so give it a try. I had a wonderful stay at felicity inn, and loved staying with mystic. Everyone on staff was friendly, and they brought the things I asked for on time. I’ll visit again.

We stayed with my wife, baby, mother in law and brother in law, and had a positive experience. The kitchen on the ground floor had good food, and the staff were polite and cooperative. Some rooms have a small balcony, and the hotel was neat and clean. Its location is a big plus, just 150 meters from the Domlur mail road, with Sony signal, 100ft road (Indiranagar) and Koramangala all within a 3-5 km drive.

The food from Mr. Gopal Cook was amazing, and Mrs. Jayseeli at reception was especially humble and helpful. Housekeeping staff were helpful too. The rooms are very clean and hygiene, and safety is good.
