Hotel Grand Sigma

The cheap price may look tempting, but comfort, hygiene, and basic hospitality suffer. The bedding looked used and unhygienic, and cleanliness seemed ignored. Service was nearly nonexistent, with calls unanswered, requests ignored, and no accountability from staff. After repeated follow-ups for basics like water, coffee, and room cleaning, nothing was done. Breakfast was the same limited choice every day and poorly managed, with no effort to improve or maintain basic quality. It felt like I was left entirely on my own after checking in. One of the most frustrating and unpleasant stays I’ve had. Not recommended under any circumstances.

We stayed for two days and had a good experience. The rooms were tidy and clean, the atmosphere was good, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good and the service was very good too. They did clean our room without telling us, but everything else was fine.

There were four of us, and we were given two queen beds. The bedrooms were spacious, the rooms were good, and the property is new. It’s near Majestic, and they provided brand new towels. There’s hot water, and breakfast was good. Parking was a bit challenging while it’s undergoing work, and cars with low ground clearance can get scratched underneath. The restaurant service needs improvement, and service overall should get better.

The rooms felt spacious, and the staff were friendly enough to make me feel welcome. The food was tasty and seemed better quality, too. The whole property was neat and clean, with a great atmosphere. I had a wonderful stay and found it a top-tier choice for comfort.
