My experience was terrible. I’d paid in full in advance through MakeMyTrip, but they had sold my booked room before I arrived. At 11:30 at night they told me to go to another hotel; only after I insisted did they give me a room. It wasn’t very clean, the wash basin accessories were broken and not properly cleaned, and I doubt the bedsheet had been changed. There was nothing for making tea or coffee. They claim to be a 3-star hotel, but it didn’t feel like even 1 star.

We were just two women, me and my teenage daughter, and the place felt safe. It’s within walking distance of Yashawanthpur railwaystation, the front office and room service staff were polite, and the price was reasonable. We took an AC room with a balcony. It was clean and had an AC, fan, TV, small cupboard, small table with two chairs, double cot, kettle, and bathroom hot water. They also provided two towels and two soaps. A great place to stay at a reasonable price.

One of the worst service experiences. I called to book and was told it would cost 600 for two hours to freshen up. They said I had to leave by 12, and I agreed. Then, while I was in the washroom, someone suddenly knocked and said I had to book the full room. My sister and I felt awful when they called us a couple. They showed no concern about what my sister might think. Highly disappointing.

The room felt a bit suspicious, and the hotel wasn't clean. For what you get, it’s overpriced, especially since they charge more than other hotels.
