Hotel O GN Nelli Suites

The room at GN nelli was above a bar, full of mosquitoes, and the sheets and towels were covered in stains. The toilets stank of urine, and they hadn’t even used room freshener or Dettol to clean them. When we asked for fresh sheets, the receptionist was rude and said that was the best the Dhobi could do. I won’t book through OYO again. One star is too much for this room. I’d originally booked another OYO property, but the owner refused to check us in. They demanded an extra 1000 rupees on top of the OYO price. I had an infant with me, so I paid, but then they said the property was fully booked and sent us to their other place, GN nelli suites, which is also listed on OYO.

Mr. Vijay from Gulbarga handled room service when I visited, and he was quick to respond to whatever we needed. The staff were welcoming, and room service was available 24 hours. I brought my 8yrs old golden retriever, Sandy, thanks to the pet-friendly option. I was fully satisfied with the stay and would give the management five stars for keeping the property well maintained.

I paid 600rs for a room on OYO, but after booking they said they don’t accept OYO bookings and wanted 1200rs. This is a scam and hurts OYO’s brand too. I suggest not supporting businesses like this.
