Hotel O Sri Sai Guru Comfort

The room was the worst part. The sheets were stained and seemed unchanged for weeks, and when we lifted the covers there were bed bugs crawling around. It smelled awful, like mildew, stale air, and something foul. The toilet stench was overwhelming, and the plumbing seemed close to failing, so we couldn't use it properly. The AC and TV also didn't work. We asked staff to send someone, but nobody came. The staff had been unfriendly from the start, with no greeting and a rushed check-in that made us feel like an inconvenience. Nothing about the place suggested basic standards for cleanliness or maintenance. This was by far my worst hotel stay. Save your money and stay somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I found this place by searching for "hotel o sri sai guru conforts," but that was its previous name. A hotel with the same name is actually a 20-minute drive away, so the listing is confusing. The receptionist was very arrogant, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. They'd be better off closing it so nobody else gets mixed up by the name.

The location is down a gully and isn't good. The bathrooms were unhygienic, and the AC wasn't working at all. The staff were drunk, though they did give support well. I can't recommend staying here.
