Hotel O VSV Avenue Hennur

Both Lucky. The receptionist was tied up with personal calls and couldn’t spare even two minutes for a guest. I don’t know why I chose this place. I’ve never met anyone ruder.

The staff were nice and the Wi-Fi worked well. The blankets, though, were dirty and didn’t seem washed. The room smelled bad, and the washroom was unclean with a vomit-like smell. There was no TV, the mirror was broken, and the washroom door lock was broken too.

This so-called 3-star hotel was a disaster, filthy and with nothing working. The staff said the owner had abandoned the hotel and staff, and that they had no money for cleaning or their wages. There were cockroaches and mosquitoes, dirty floors, stained linen and towels, and a broken health phoset. The power was off, so there was no fan, light, or AC. When the electricity was on, the faulty AC still gave no cooling. Agoda listed Wi-Fi and TV, but neither was available. It felt like being in a Somalia slum.

The room had a constant bad drainage smell and was covered in dust, with hundreds of cockroaches everywhere. The receptionist lied, saying they’d used cockroach spray, but they still didn’t clean the room after I complained. The metro is 40 minutes away. Worst hotel in Bangalore, not worth even Rs 100 a night.
