Hotel Park View Inn

I was left stranded in the middle of the night after the hotel refused to let us check in. I had booked through Goibibo and paid in full. The manager said Goibibo had undercharged for the child, and although I agreed after a long discussion to pay the difference, he still turned us away. Goibibo then told me the booking was non-refundable and the manager would not return the money. I still don't know how to get it back, and I'm shocked by how both the hotel and Goibibo handled this. I had seen the rooms, and they looked small and shabby. The pictures seem staged, so don't be taken in by them. For the same price, I'd choose somewhere like Ginger, where the customer service is great. I wouldn't recommend this place. I don't want anyone else to face the embarrassment and trouble I did, especially with managers who seem to care so little about serving paying guests. Please stay away.

We booked a room, then they changed everything and told us there were no rooms and to leave. That's not how you should treat customers, especially a female guest. Kavitha gave very bad service and doesn't speak English properly. These people don't keep their word. Don't plan a weekend here unless you want a disaster. I'm not happy at all.

I spent two peaceful days here and loved it. It's right by a quiet park, very close to Indiranagar metro, and KFC and MacD are an easy walk away. The staff were helpful and easygoing, too. I really enjoyed the pleasant feel of the place.

I liked the hotel's setting best. The area around it is much quieter and freer of traffic than other parts of the locality, and there's a park right next door.
