The staff were courteous and helpful, and the hotel had a calm, welcoming feel. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, so it was easy to unwind after a long day. I stayed at Royal Octave Hotel for about a day and a half and had a pleasant visit. It's convenient for a short stay, and I'd consider coming back.

This is one of the worst properties I've stayed at, and I wouldn't recommend it. I booked three rooms and am still staying here. The room they gave me was small and had a lot of damage, while my relative was offered a better one. When I asked Mr. Sukumar why we got different rooms despite paying the same amount for all three, he argued that they couldn't give everyone the same kind of room. He also said I could cancel and leave if I wanted. The staff were rude.

This was an awful stay. The bedsheets smelled, and the door knobs were broken. There were mice in the corridor, and one got into our room through the window while my fiance was working on the bed. The service isn't even worth getting into.

The room felt too small for the price, and the TV didn't work. Water was leaking from the AC. The bathroom was much bigger than the room itself. The one good thing was the service person, who was very cooperative.

The hotel is on the main road, which made it feel safe, but the room smelled a little and the place wasn't very clean. They didn't provide water or complimentary breakfast, service was poor, and nobody was at reception. The TV and phone didn't work, and the heater and fridge were also not working. I wouldn't recommend it.
