Iris Hotel

Church street is a modern, student kind of area, with bars, restaurants, and shops. The hotel is well placed for getting around, and Mahatma Gandhi Road metro is about a 10-minute walk. It’s also easy to get a tuk tuk anywhere. Our room was clean and a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant and public areas were clean too, and daily room cleaning was available if you wanted it. Breakfast had plenty of choice, Indian and European, and we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant one evening. All the staff, from the doorman to the restaurant team, were friendly and helpful.

The F&B team deserves a mention. Koushik Dey and kitchen team members Sujoy and Rinku made dining a pleasure, with delicious food and quick, thoughtful service. The hotel is conveniently connected to the metro and close to major shopping outlets. From check-in through check-out, the staff were prompt, courteous, and attentive. I’d recommend Iris Business Hotel for a comfortable, well-managed stay in the heart of Bangalore, for business or leisure.

For the price, I expected better hospitality. The service fell far short, and the staff didn’t come across as professional or welcoming. Cleanliness and general maintenance also seemed lacking. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and makes improvements. Based on my stay, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

This is my favorite hotel, and I go there regularly. I’ve recommended it to lots of family and friends. The service is excellent, it’s clean, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and polite. I love it. Thanks 👌👍🙏🙏🙏🥰😍❤️
