I spent 10 days here and found it peaceful, in a prime location. Sanjay, the caretaker, worked hard and was helpful, making sure the stay was calm. Zepto and Zomato deliver late into the night. The AC worked fine, and hot water was available 24/7. The TV is small, but you can connect to YouTube and other OTT services. It’s a good place to stay, as long as you’re not expecting a polished, upscale hotel.

The only things that worked in the hotel’s favor were the Wi-Fi, though it was very slow, and a functioning AC. The building felt like an old dungeon, the rooms were filthy and dusty, and they smelled bad. There was black mold in the bathroom. When I asked about it, they said it only needed repainting. The complimentary breakfast smelled bad and looked awful, so I didn’t touch it. The coffee was fine. I was traveling alone, arrived late just to sleep, and left in the morning. I didn’t want to risk looking for another place with fake reviews, but I wouldn’t stay here again, even for 100-200 rs. I’d rather sleep in my car. They call roadside parking a parking space. You can see into the room, including the bathroom, from outside. The bathroom shutter window was open when I arrived, so I closed it. What if a woman didn’t notice it was open? The bathroom door also won’t lock. I believe the five-star reviews are fake system-generated posts that pushed up the Google rating. Most of those reviewers seem to have left only one review on Google Maps, for this property.

Breakfast was the main letdown. I asked for it at 7:30 AM and they agreed, but the next morning said it wouldn’t be served until after 8. Since breakfast was included in the package, that change was frustrating. The receptionist was only okay service-wise. The rooms were surprisingly clean and well kept, even though the place looked like a converted 4 or 5BHK. AC worked perfectly, and they supplied toiletries and clean linens. Two cars can fit in the shaded parking area in front. It’s a decent stay, but communication and follow-through could be better.

The AC in our room wasn’t working, but they fixed it that same day. We could order lunch and dinner from their menu, and laundry was available too. They also gave us two complimentary water bottles a day. The room service attendant was humble and helped us a lot, and the complimentary breakfast with tea was delicious. It was a great stay.
