The staff were rude and didn’t properly listen to my questions. You only get 1 L of water for the day, and the AC didn’t work well. Ordering from Zomato or Swiggy was a hassle too. You’re left to figure out how to eat the food yourself. They don’t provide plates or bowls, just small paper plates.

It’s handy if you only need somewhere to freshen up, and 24 hour check-in is available. The hotel is close to MG road metro station, but the Google map listing says 3rd floor when it’s actually on the 5th. It wasn’t very neat or clean.

I booked a room for my aunt and cousin, then came by to see them. Staff bluntly told me visitors weren’t allowed. After I asked several times, one staff member finally let me into their room for an hour. A hotel should feel like a home away from home, but I didn’t feel welcome at all. Think twice before booking or visiting.

The staff in the morning were friendly, but security and the night staff were rude and unprofessional. The hotel felt dingy and creepy, and seemed old and in need of maintenance. The rooms were small and dirty, nothing like the pictures on the website. A mistaken booking spoiled a day of my holiday trip to Blore. If you have another option, I’d say don’t choose this hotel.
