The toilets were in bad shape, the bed linen was really dirty, and there was no room service. Staff seemed lethargic and didn’t care about the poor upkeep of the rooms. It feels like they think being in a prime area means they don’t have to maintain the place.

A comfortable low-budget place with parking and no disturbances. Food is available, but you have to go about 500 meters to find it.

It’s very cheap and in a main area, but my room was dusty and unclean, and the bathroom was horrible and dirty. The room facilities were the worst, and nobody responded properly when we checked in. Service itself was good, but they didn’t provide drinking water.

For 1500/- rs net, a non ac room comes with only one Medimix soap worth 05/-Rs. They wouldn’t provide a dental kit when I asked. At other hotels, 1500/to 1800/-rs can get you breakfast, a tea maker, dental and shaving kits, bath kit, a more spacious room, and all TV channels. The room tariff is far too high by comparison. The food bill was 700/-RS net for one chicken item, one fish item, rice, and 1 butter non. Plate meals come in small bowls, and they charge 100/-rs for that. The service boys were better than the receptionist. The LED TV was there, but channels didn’t come through and its remote didn’t work properly. Please treat guests with respect, reduce room costs to fit under 2 star category norms, and make the costs and service clearer. Thanks and regards, Harish kumar
