La Sara Grand

I’ve stayed at this property since the Nandana days, so this was the first time I’d had such a bad experience here. We were there overnight with family, checking in around 7:30 p.m. and leaving early the next morning. I left the luggage in the car and handed the keys to wallet. After checkout, once I got home, I found three bags missing from the trunk. The keys had been with the wallet all night. I reported it to the hotel but didn’t get a proper response. Please don’t leave luggage in your car when you don’t have the keys. I learned that the hard way and never expected this from the property.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and looked after well. Manoj made checkout especially easy and went out of his way to keep things running smoothly. Had a fantastic, hassle-free stay at Le Sara Grand. I’d recommend it if you want somewhere clean and straightforward.

From the lobby to the hallways, the property was clean and orderly, and the room was comfortable. My spouse and I stayed at La Sara Grand from 23-30, and we really enjoyed it. The service was pleasant throughout, from management to reception and maintenance, with everyone smiling and happy to help. Manager Ranjan, Varsha, and Kavita Gurung treated all of my members with great respect. Please keep treating customers this way. We love you.

There are lots of shops and restaurants just down the street, and it felt safe to walk even at night with so many people around, including women. The location is really great, and the hotel is clean with good infrastructure. Mr. Milan and Diksha made us feel at home, and Naomi was always helpful. Someone also took good care of my room. Food was just okay for me. The equipment upkeep could be better, including the gym, cattle, and possibly the water filter. After I mentioned the maintenance issue, they offered sealed mineral water on the last day. Breakfast is served in a nice place where you can sit inside or outside in the evening, but I’d have liked more variety and continental options, especially oats and wholewheat bread, and perhaps cheese and some pastry.
