I’d give the room five out of five. It was calm and pleasant, with a comfortable bed that made for a relaxing sleep. Everything was clean, spacious, and well kept, and the necessary amenities were there. Housekeeping stayed on top of things throughout my visit. I’d recommend the hotel for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

There was a dead fly in the breakfast buffet, which is bad hygiene and, I’m sure, downright illegal. The bathroom also had insects. The bedsheets were torn, and getting around from the location seemed poorly thought out. The floor layout looked like a four-year-old had planned it, with rooms in the 200 series on floor 1. It felt like they’d packed as many rooms as possible onto each floor to maximize sales and profit. They also hire suspicious workers. And then there’s the trapdoor in our room ceiling that continues into the bathroom. Maybe it’s for access to the AC vents, but why is there a trapdoor at all? The vents could be reached with a simple ladder, and I’ve never seen another hotel with a trapdoor running through the room. It’s extremely creepy and suspicious. Don’t be fooled by the other, obviously sponsored reviews. This place has some of the worst management I’ve encountered, and I can barely call it a hotel.

We spent 15 days here and had a good time. It felt homely, both the food and the place. Mr. Mahesh from F&B service deserves a special mention. He was the youngest person and really helpful throughout our stay.

We had to stay for two days because of circumstances we couldn't avoid, but the way we were treated was unacceptable. As guests from Tamil Nadu, we felt singled out and discriminated against. The female receptionist was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. Instead of explaining the ID rules respectfully, she bluntly told us, “if you don't have ID, just leave the hotel.” The male receptionist from North India backed her up. Asking for ID is normal and legal, but that doesn't give staff the right to insult or humiliate guests. They couldn't even check IDs with basic courtesy, and this attitude is a disgrace to hospitality. I wouldn't recommend the place. Thankfully, one Tamilian staff member helped us through the situation.
