Lilac Hotel 3rd Block

After long days of work, I could come back to a quiet, spotless room and properly relax. The bed was very comfortable, and strong Wi-Fi, good air conditioning and a cosy desk made it easy to work. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed, with those little details that matter when you travel often. The hotel also felt clean, comfortable and safe. The food was fresh, flavourful and nicely presented at every meal. The chef and staff even checked whether I’d enjoyed it. Staff were kind and attentive, helped arrange transport and offered suggestions around town. Their hospitality felt personal, and I felt at home. I stayed at Lilac Hotel, 3rd Block Jayanagar, on a business trip to Bangalore last month. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The location is convenient for getting around and close to the city centre and major attractions, while still being in a peaceful part of Jayanagar. It was one of my best hotel experiences so far. Lilac Hotel gets a rare balance of homely warmth and professional service right. I’d recommend it for business or a short getaway, and I’ll choose it again on my next trip.

Being near the metro is the main advantage. The bed is so soft that once you lie down, you sink into it, and it doesn’t help you sleep. At breakfast there was only one staff member, so service took a long time. They didn’t have ordinary snacks like soup either. Lilac hotel could do better with a good supervisor.

It’s peaceful around here, with no traffic noise, and you can walk to 4th Block. I’ve stayed at least three weeks a year for the past three years, and I always enjoy the comfort and breakfast. The rooms deserve more than five stars, with fresh linen and excellent housekeeping. The whole hotel is exceptionally clean. The manager, front desk, breakfast crew and housekeeping staff are all polite, well trained and focused on service. Special thanks to Marshall, Alok Nath and the entire team.

For my son’s wedding, we arranged 20 rooms for guests, and every one of them was very happy with Lilac’s hospitality. They appreciated the rooms, service and courteous staff. We gave the team instructions for looking after our guests, and everything was carried out flawlessly. It was an amazing experience. Many thanks to Rashmi for planning and organizing the stay, and to Parthipam and the entire staff for putting it all into action. Highly recommend Lilac.
