The electric car charging facility was a really handy surprise, since it isn’t mentioned on the website. The hotel staff were incredible, and the spacious rooms were exceptionally tidy. An executive room can comfortably fit a family of three. It’s also very close to the metro. A couple of things could be better: the bathroom tiles are slippery, so I hope they add an anti-skid mat for older guests. The basement ramp is very tight if you have a larger car, and you can hear corridor conversations in the room. Some acoustic treatment on the corridor walls might help. All in all, no complaints.

The rooms at Hotel Lilac, Jayanagar, were neat and well maintained, suitable for either a business trip or a family stay. Breakfast was good, and I especially liked the fresh, well-prepared Chole Bhatura. Mr. MD Basheer, Bikram and the whole team thoughtfully arranged things to meet the client’s requirements and made the stay smooth and comfortable. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend Hotel Lilac to anyone looking for good accommodation and warm service in Jayanagar.

The next time you stay here, you don’t need to provide your IDs again, since they keep a copy in their database. That made check-in easier. We had comfortable, spacious rooms, great service and a lovely atmosphere. The staff were always smiling and helpful, and we loved our stay. I’d recommend it to friends and family. We didn’t try any of the food, though I’m sure it would be wonderful.

It’s a handy spot between two metro stations, both easy to reach, right in the heart of the city. The area is calm and works well for important meetings. The rooms are neat enough, though space is limited.
