The rooms are okay, but I was very disappointed this morning. My friend is staying there with her daughter because it’s close to where I live. I go for a walk with them every morning and evening and spend some time on the premises. Today I was waiting for my friend when the owner told me not to come inside. I’m a 65-year-old retired teacher who knows my limits and responsibilities, so I felt humiliated. They run a good business, but I guess they lack class and good manners.

It’s overpriced, and the current Nepali caretaker is very rude and unprofessional. Every morning or evening, he keeps hitting his 3-year-old kid in a shocking way and causing a scene. It’s too brutal to tolerate.

The main drawback is the location: the road outside is very narrow and traffic jams happen often. The rooms feel spacious and premium, though. Manager Ramoji is available by phone throughout the day, and the housekeeper does a good job, cleaning six days a week. Food is served three times daily, and the North Indian dishes are tasty and hygienic.

I stayed here with my family for four nights, and the stay was great. The staff were polite, professional, cooperative, and quick to respond. They do their work honestly and provide excellent hospitality. When the bathroom flush got clogged, it was fixed right away, even though it was nighttime. Housekeeping and the rest of the team were also very good at looking after us.
