Nilesh, the Night Manager, handled a late night problem with real care. My flight was delayed, so I arrived at 3:00 AM exhausted. There were a lot of families staying in the apartment style hotel, and I may have been extra sensitive to noise from the room next door. When I couldn’t sleep and went to the desk, he listened, understood how tired I was, and quickly moved me to a much quieter room. His response was professional and prompt. I stayed at Marriott Executive Apartments Bengaluru UB City from February 11 to 14, 2026. It’s a new property, with facilities that are in excellent condition, a convenient central location, good restaurants nearby, a pleasant atmosphere, and a lovely park close by. The staff across the bell desk, front office, and restaurant were friendly and proactive. Mr. Manoj at the Concierge also went out of his way when I urgently needed a portable power bank. He helped me buy one and even offered to lend me the one he was using himself. Ms. Survee at The Market was warm and attentive as well. After 25 years of staying at five star hotels around the world, I’d put this among my best experiences. Nilesh, Mr. Manoj, and Ms. Survee are a big reason I’d choose this hotel again.

We had a very comfortable visit and would happily come back. The room upgrade helped, and housekeeping kept everything spotless. Staff were courteous and eager to help, including Monica and Vedant at the front desk, the concierge team, restaurant staff, and the chef. The concierge team even stored a parcel and coordinated with the courier so we didn’t need to wait around. There could be more Western vegetarian choices at breakfast and dinner. We’ve seen a wider selection at other five star hotels in India, though the team did try to help with pizza, avocado toast, and other requests. Even small problems were dealt with promptly and professionally, and we’d recommend staying here.

A small tip: the Google Maps location can be a little confusing, so tell your driver the exact route ahead of time. Otherwise, it was a smooth, dependable stay, with a great location for work or leisure and easy access to key parts of the city. The rooms are spacious, well cared for, and set up thoughtfully for longer stays. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good quality, well chosen spread.

We were here for five months, from October 2025 to March 2026, and leaving will be hard. We’ve got so many warm memories of the staff’s stories, recommendations, and smiles. My wife and I loved our time here. The breakfast crew were especially memorable, always gracious and friendly. Chefs Bimal and Dev, along with Deepak, made excellent food. Wamil and Kamal were great to chat with, and all the service staff were wonderful. We didn’t catch everyone’s name, but Elizabeth served us many times and deserves a special mention. Jishnu, Sneha and Dimple took care of the lobby, and Vasant always greeted us warmly outside the lobby doors. We’ll miss the place and everyone there. Thank you!
