We only stayed for a day, but the staff were friendly. The location in Majestic is handy, right by the metro and bus stand, and Chickpeta market is within walking distance. The room was good, and they offered an extra bed for a small additional charge.
The service was okay, but the room was in terrible shape. It was filthy, most things were broken, and the place badly needs renovation.
My train was late, so I reached the hotel at 12:10 am. At reception I said my check-in date and time should be the 9th, but the staff member insisted it had started on the 8th. That made no sense.
The deluxe AC room was spacious and clean, and the rate was fairly economical at 1400. The welcome at reception was cordial, but later the staff became rude and defensive. Room service was awful: after 8:30 pm, even a cup of coffee wasn't available. The onions and limes served with dinner were stale, and a replacement apparently wasn't available. It also took six hours to get an AC remote. I didn't have a good experience.
The rooms were clean, the service was good, and the employees were kind.
