I’ve never had a worse booking experience in all my years of travel. I paid for a room through the Goibibo application, got a confirmed booking, and received all the usual confirmation details. Then, at about 10:50 AM on check-in day, the hotel called to say my room had already been sold and there were no rooms left. They said availability had been updated on Goibibo, but I had still been allowed to book and pay. Staff initially promised a refund. After I followed up repeatedly for two days, they told me to contact Goibibo customer care. I asked for the manager and spoke with Shiva, who was extremely unprofessional and had no basic manners. He blamed Goibibo, said the hotel hadn't received any payment, and denied responsibility for the earlier refund promise, saying that staff member was “new.” When I mentioned filing a consumer complaint, he arrogantly said they had advocates and would handle it legally. The hotel's lack of accountability and disregard for customers, along with its employees' unprofessional behavior, made this a horrible experience. I am proceeding with a formal complaint against the hotel and will attach the case number and further updates. I strongly advise others against booking here because of the disappointing attitude and behavior toward customers.

The room was noisy, so it was hard to relax. The AC made a harsh, disturbing sound, and the tap dripped constantly all day. The TV didn't work either. Worst of all, the bedsheets shed lint all over our clothes and ruined several dresses and shirts. A very unpleasant, frustrating stay.

The staff were helpful and courteous, especially Navin at the front desk, always smiling and ready to help. Rooms are basic but neat, with the AC, TV, and hot water all up to the mark. It's very reasonably priced at the moment and good value for money. The hotel is opposite diamond district near domlur bridge, with manipal hospital and leela hotel just a 5 min walk away.

The room was dirty and poorly maintained, and the toilet was easily the worst part. The fourth floor was a bar. Maybe it would do if you were drunk and just needed somewhere to crash, but otherwise avoid it at all costs.
