Mystic Felicity Inn, Domlur

The rooms were neat, and the staff made us feel welcome and were helpful. My family and I stayed here for 2 days and were comfortable throughout. It was a really great experience, and we’ll surely visit again.

We were expecting a hotel, but the property is actually an apartment complex. Our two small rooms were inside an apartment unit, which wasn’t what we’d anticipated. The photos on the website didn’t represent the room, and the amenities weren’t as promised. When we arrived, we were told there was no complementary breakfast, despite it being promised. Very disappointing and unacceptable service.

The homemade breakfast was delicious and complimentary, and the polite, supportive reception staff gave us very good service. We appreciated the hospitality and had a good experience overall. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and one room’s bedsheet wasn’t as clean as expected. We also had water supply trouble in one bathroom, though we managed somehow. Fixing these things could make the place even better.

The new management is running the place now. Me Gopal is no longer there. Mr Prakash handles the front desk, while Mr Hakeem manages the kitchen. They’re both nice, and Hakeem ls cooking is really good. My one night at Felicity Inn, Domlur was decent for a budget stay. The location is very convenient for EGL (Embassy Golf Links), Indiranagar and major roads. Airport access is good, and ride-share options are always available, so it works well for business or a central stay. The room was clean and functional, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning and stable Wi-Fi. The TV worked, though there weren’t many channels, and housekeeping had kept things tidy. It’s small, though, and could feel cramped with big luggage or on a longer visit. Mr Prakash was polite and checked me in promptly. Staff responded to basic requests and made sure the facilities worked. Service was adequate for one night. Breakfast was included, fresh and enough to get going, but the choice was quite limited to a few South Indian items like upma or pongal. Parking and power backup were available and worked fine. It covers the essentials for travelers who don’t need luxury or extensive amenities. For my one night, it served its purpose, though the small room and limited breakfast are worth keeping in mind.
