A pretty standard place for a short stay, and it feels a bit old. There are newer alternatives around. It has the necessary facilities, but everything felt just average. The AC didn’t respond to the remote. I complained twice and got neither a repair nor an update. The restaurant washroom was being repaired, with no alternative offered. Room cleaning could be better, and the old sheets really need replacing.

We spent eight days in a one-bedroom place with a city-facing balcony and had a very good stay. Getting around central Bangalore was easy, and the reception team were welcoming and polite. Staff were excellent and quick to help, and room food service was very good too. A couple of things could be better for a longer visit. The queen bed could be larger, and the balcony name is misleading: it faces a narrow lane, with no city view. Breakfast was less impressive. The live counter food, including the dosa and omelette, was just so-so, and there was no freshly made juice without sugar while we were there.

The staff were the one bright spot. Everything else was extremely unsatisfactory. There’s a serious cockroach problem, the food was tasteless and barely edible, and the hotel lacked proper maintenance and hygiene. The sheets, towels, utensils, and sofas were dirty and stained even after repeated changes. The water bottles smelled bad, the AC barely worked, and the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting. Definitely not a three-star hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The best thing here is the location. I stayed in a one-bedroom suite with a balcony, but the cot was worn out and the springs were all over the place. They’re well overdue for replacing it with a king-size bed instead of a queen. It’s a good place with plenty of room for improvement.
