I paid around ₹2500 a night for a room that wasn’t close to acceptable. The rooms themselves were okay, but the washroom was terrible, and the underground parking was extremely narrow. I booked two nights and cancelled the second one. Getting my money back took almost a month of follow-ups with the hotel, even though I’d paid them directly. If the rooms or facilities shown online can’t be provided, they should fix the problems or stop advertising them as they are. At minimum, the rooms should be livable. I can provide more proof if needed.

We spent nearly 10 days there and the stay went smoothly the whole time. The staff were amazing, helpful, and easy to work with. We loved it.

That bed gave me the best sleep I’d had in a month, and the room was spotless and well looked after. Everyone was friendly and helpful, too. It’s in a great location, and I had a really satisfying stay. I’ll book Olive again when I’m back in Bangalore, and I’d recommend it.

The location was handy, and everything went smoothly. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were lovely and helpful. I’d stay here again.

My room was spacious, but the maintenance and service were poor. The bathroom tap handle was loose and completely broken, and a wall switchboard was pulling out of its socket. I stayed at Olive Zip on Church Street, and it didn’t meet my expectations.
