OYO 10518 Kushi Comforts

I really disliked the stay. The entrance was confusing and didn’t have a proper sign, and there was no security at the entrance. The room smelled bad because of the toilet, and I saw a cockroach beside the cupboards. Most TV channels were locked. The AC made an unusual noise and didn’t work properly. Breakfast was late, and the room had neither a balcony nor a window.

The staff were kind and polite, and the bathroom and AC were both good. The place was clean and well maintained. The rooms are a reasonable size, neither too small nor too big, and I thought the price was fair. I like this hotel.

It’s a good value stay, and the staff behaved well. The hotel is a little tucked away from the main area, but it’s a good option. Since it’s new, the furniture is new too, and everything seemed clean and well maintained. Breakfast tasted good, with both North Indian and South Indian choices.

We had a pleasant stay at Kushi Comforts with my family, after booking two rooms from 3rd to 6th March 2017. Mr. Vara Prasad, the manager, kindly let us check out at 5 PM free of charge when we asked. That helped a lot because my parents’ return bus was in the evening. The staff were friendly and understanding, the rooms were clean, the toilets spotless, and there was ample parking. We also enjoyed the free, high-quality breakfast at the rooftop restaurant Sky Waft. The staff told me the hotel had opened on 1st of Feb. A few things could still be improved: seal and dry the toilets for new guests, clean rooms while guests are out during the day, provide iron boxes and stands, supply toothbrushes and toothpaste, and make sure each person has a bath towel. A checklist for preparing rooms would help too. Even with those suggestions, we had an excellent stay. Kushi Comforts will be my first choice in Bangalore from now on.
