The bathroom, room, bed, bucket, and mug were all unclean, and cockroaches and insects were around the room. It was dirty and foul-smelling, with a TV that didn't work and exposed wires cluttering the table. There was no proper drinking water facility or room service. We paid ₹1,800 for a single day, though the room seemed worth around ₹1,000, and I felt cheated when we later learned that a significant part of the extra charge went as commission to the auto driver who brought us there. At checkout, reception told us a future stay would cost ₹1,000. When we asked why this one had cost ₹1,800, the person smiled and said they had to pay the driver commission. We didn't argue, but that was highly unprofessional. This was one of my worst hotel experiences. I'd give less than 0 stars if I could, but had to choose 1 to post. I'd strongly advise people to avoid it. If you like dirty rooms, unhygienic bathrooms, cockroaches, insects, and poor service, maybe it's for you. Otherwise, stay away.

I've been staying here for the past couple of years when I visit Bangalore, and the rooms have been clean and well maintained. The price is reasonable for work trips in this area, though the narrow road can be awkward but manageable. This recent visit was extremely disappointing, though, because the management changed. The new front desk manager was rude, unprofessional, and uncooperative. That ruined a place I had relied on, and I'm giving it a lower rating despite the long association.

I stayed four days, and breakfast was included, but I never received it. Each time I called reception, they said it would be sent, then it didn't arrive. Towels came only after several calls, and pillows only after repeated follow-ups. There was no water supply in the mornings or at night, and the fan didn't work properly. Management and service were extremely poor and need immediate attention. The location was inconvenient too, with very narrow roads that food delivery struggled to reach and no proper access for cars or bikes. A horrible, disappointing stay.

There were cockroaches on the bed, and the room smelled unpleasant. The bed was uncomfortable, the washroom dirty and in poor condition, and there was no hot water or towels. It was the worst hotel experience I've had. I wouldn't recommend staying until they've done major cleaning and maintenance.
