OYO 15776 V R Residency

At 4 am, after I’d paid online, the property manager refused to let me in because of the payment. I’d booked through OYO at least 15 days before check-in, but he wanted me to cancel and pay again at the hotel, saying OYO hadn’t sent him the money. With no other options, I paid again, and he charged more than my online amount. The room he gave me was dirty, the blanket had been used, and the bathroom was smelly and unhygienic. The AC stopped working in the middle of the night, and they didn’t offer water. Pathetic hotel and service. I wouldn’t recommend booking here. If you do, pay at the hotel rather than online.

For a ₹500 stopover, I at least had AC, which was the one good thing about the place. It was dirty and horrible, with a smoke smell throughout. The bathroom leaked and had waste left uncleared. It’s not a place for couples, and unless you need a very low-budget stopover, people staying more than a night can skip it.

The owner seems careless about guests’ health and well-being. When I asked for a room change, staff said, “WE DO NOT HAVE TIME TO CLEAN.” We managed to switch after an argument, then asked for fresh bed sheets. Their answer was, “CANNOT PROVIDE VIP TREATMENT.” I was so disappointed, it’s a disgrace to stay somewhere like this. Please, DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. The room was filthy and unhygienic. There was fungus and webs on the walls, stains on the sheets and walls, and dirty curtains.

The power went out in the middle of the night for about two hours. There was no phone to call reception, so I went down from the fourth floor myself. They just said the power would come back. The service was pathetic, and the rooms were terrible. This hotel seems to be for “unmarried couples” who need three or four hours.
