We were four travelers with two rooms booked for two nights. On the second night, the AC in one room stopped working again, despite staff saying they'd fixed it after our first complaint. The room got hot and stuffy, so in the middle of the night we took a mattress lying outside our room and slept in the corridor. At checkout, staff charged us for that mattress. We explained that we hadn't brought an extra person and couldn't sleep in the room, but they still charged us. Very bad hotel and rude staff. Please don't stay here.

Room service is nice and the staff are somewhat supportive. The free breakfast listed by the hotel comes in a quantity that isn't enough. Wi-Fi on my floor is very weak, and even when one of my devices connects, pages don't load properly.

The manager was the only person who spoke English. Everyone else spoke only Hindi and couldn't understand other languages, including English. The TV didn't work properly, and there was a hot water issue. I ordered biryani for 210 INR, but got white rice mixed with colored rice and tough chicken. The food was very bad and far too expensive for its poor quality. A terrible experience. I'd give zero stars if I could, but gave one because the manager spoke English.

The rooms are small, but they have all the amenities and feel like good value for money. The staff were very supportive, and I had a good stay.

It's neat, easy to get to, and affordable. Better to get food somewhere else.
