I stayed with my family on 16 Jan 19. Sri.Devraj at reception was very cordial when we arrived. At checkout, a different receptionist charged us Rs.200/- saying we’d stained their small towel, which he said was worth about Rs.50/-. That upset me.

The staff were extremely polite and professional, and I loved my stay here. Crystal Grandeur is well maintained, with spacious rooms and an awesome buffet breakfast.

Cockroaches in the room and unclean rooms. The service was the worst, and it was a terrible experience.

Even though I had paid in full, they refused my booking for 30 guests for a marriage. They changed what they told me about the booking three times. Abysmal experience. Don’t book here or trust them.

The hotel staff were polite, the rooms were nice, and the service was good. Breakfast was healthy and prepared with good hygiene. Thanks 🙂
